How can I order a transfer?

How can I pay for my transfer?

The payment can be made by PayPal, PayPal system is safe and it does accept credit cards. So as You can make the payment to bank account or You can pay cash to the driver.

How will I recognize my transport?

Your personal chaffer will be waiting for Your arrival at the right terminal or in any other comfortable place for You. As we have mentioned before chaffer will hold a board with passengers or any company's name.

What happens if my flight, bus or train is delayed?

Our managers so as drivers look after any changes, even if You will be late You wont be charged any extra money.

What transport will arrive to my journey?

The type of transport depends on what You have primary ordered. If You are wondering what type of car will be provided You can get in touch with consultants.Take a closer look

I didn't get confirmation by email, what shall I do?

Check Your SPAM folder. If You didn't get any letters from us please get in touch with us by phone. Usually we confirm the boking within the working day, we also can confirm it by phone or SMS.

Do You count a just born baby or a child as the other passenger? Do You provide child seat or boosters?

YYes, children are counted as other passengers. Please leave the note of the children's age and the amount of infants. We do provide child seat and booster but we do charge extra for this service, if You do need one please get in touch with our consultants.

Do You provide an invoice and receipts?

Yes, we do provide customers with these documents, if our require these documents then please inform us about it and we will send it to Your email. In order to invoice You we require following details : Name of the company, the company's code, address and contacts.

What if I can't find the driver?

If You cannot find Your chaffer please get in touch with us by mentioned phone number on Your voucher or You can find the correct number to get in touch with us on our website. Please pay some attention to other gates maybe he is at the other terminal.

What if I have paid for the service but You cannot provide me with transport?
If we cannot provide You with the transport we will inform You 12hours before the trip. We do return all do provide all the money back to You, in this case You should get Your money within 7 working days.
